We are back with our 11 Questions! This time Mikey J was brave enough to reply to our 11 Questions! So here we go!
The musical part!
1. Do you have a favorite song by Mikey J?
That’s like picking your favourite child! But, I really like the song Running Back To You from my fourth album, Suburban Musings.
2. What is your favorite instrument?
Definitely the guitar, but the bass is quickly closing in! I will, also always have a soft spot for the cello too!
3. A place where you would love to have a gig?
A pub called The Corner Hotel here in Melbourne – iconic local venue for us Melburnians!
The non musical part!
4. Your favorite place to turn off your thoughts and enjoy your peace?
That has to be either at home with my family, or strolling along the beach with my wife!
5. Tell us a place where you always wanted to go but never have had the chance to:
it used to be the USA and New York in particular, but top of my travel bucket list at the moment is Uluṟu in the middle of Australia!
6. Whats a superpower you would love to have?
The ability to be able to speak every language in the world!
7. Tell us something about Australia you totally love:
the birds – we have so many different birds that are just everywhere!
8. Whats a talent of you which isnt very common?
I don’t think I have anything too special – maybe juggling?!
9. Please end this sentence. For a good morning, I need…
a good cup of coffee
10. Tea or coffee?
Coffee in the morning, tea after lunch!
11. If you could ask Oli a question, what would it be?
What’s your desert island album?
Uh difficult one. First thought was an old album by Die Toten Hosen, my fav German punk band, Damenwahl or Opel Gang. Then I got the most brilliant idea. This Radio TFSC should create a compilation album by all the amazing Indies (maybe around 80 songs). This would be a perfect album!
